Configurable healthcare and social care workflow management
Care Banking helps Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, acute hospital trusts, community trusts and mental health trusts manage complex pathways internally and across organisational boundaries. Use the platform to coordinate an entire pathway or integrate selected workflows with the systems you already have.

Care Banking brings the three together—integrating people, payments, and health and social care services around one accountable journey.

From hospital discharge and mental-health pathways to community, social care, complex care and mandatory services such as AACC, Care Banking can manage an end-to-end journey or add new governed workflows around your existing systems.

Implementation & data migration
Care Banking has consolidated seven independent healthcare databases into one governed platform—transforming and assuring data, merging duplicates, reconstructing continuous histories and resolving historic data issues before go-live.
Map, transform and refactor structured data and linked documents while retaining source systems, original keys and a complete audit trail.
Identify duplicated people and records across databases, merge them safely and create one continuous longitudinal history.
Find historic inconsistencies, broken links and quality exceptions; repair or govern each issue through clinical, financial and data-owner validation.
Separate active and archive records, then manage retention, secure archiving or authorised disposal in line with the NHS Records Management Code and local policy.
A typical implementation is 7–12 weeks, depending on scope, source-data readiness and customer assurance. The five-day example relates to a final production migration of two differently structured legacy databases.
A dedicated Implementation Manager coordinates data owners and suppliers, with role-based training, super-user and provider sessions, UAT support, go-live hypercare, recorded guidance and transition to ongoing support. Where incumbent assistance is limited, we can work through ICB-authorised exports, APIs or controlled database and file access.
Customer evidence
We maintain multiple customer and delivery case studies covering outcomes, implementation and adoption. These are representative examples; further case studies are available. Contact us for the evidence most relevant to your service, procurement or transformation programme.
